Isn’t it grand? Dylis Croman, a long-time Roxie, is set to return to Broadway. She will replace Bianca Marroquín in Chicago on May 23; the Tony-winning revival is playing at the Ambassador Theatre.
Croman has recently been appearing as Roxie on the national tour. A Chicago family member for more than seven years, her other Broadway and tour credits include In Your Arms, A Chorus Line, Movin' Out, Sweet Charity, Oklahoma, Thou Shalt Not and Fosse. On screen she has been seen in Guiding Light and Smash.
Chicago also currently stars Amra-Faye Wright as Velma Kelly, Ryan Silverman as Billy Flynn, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart, NaTasha Yvette Williams as Matron “Mama” Morton and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine. Jaime Camil will play Billy Flynn from May 31.
